SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through fuckthegovernment.org, operated by Pagestation Media.
1. WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to supported destinations within:
• European Union
• United Kingdom
• United States
• Australia
Available shipping destinations and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.
2. PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILMENT
Our products are made using a print-on-demand fulfilment process. This means products are printed and prepared for shipment after an order is placed.
Orders may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners from different production locations depending on the customer's location, product availability and fulfilment capacity.
3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Because products are produced on demand, please allow time for both production and delivery.
Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout or provided after ordering is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times can be affected by production volumes, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and contents of the order.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination and shipping service used.
6. ADDRESS INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible at pagestationmedia@gmail.com.
Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery address.
7. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order appears significantly delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at pagestationmedia@gmail.com.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant fulfilment provider or carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at pagestationmedia@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and, where reasonably possible, photographs showing the problem so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected.
9. CUSTOMS, TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES
Orders may be fulfilled from different production locations.
Depending on the destination and fulfilment location, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply.
Where charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown as part of the transaction. Where local authorities impose charges that were not collected at checkout, responsibility for those charges will be determined by the applicable laws and terms of the transaction.
We will not describe an order as a gift or deliberately provide false customs information.
